Process

  1. Register on the platform & get approved from one of the members on OPSRACE platform.
  2. Build your profile to provide mentees with a comprehensive understanding of your background.
  3. Await an applications from mentee as an expressions of interest.
  4. Evaluate and assess mentee applications, making decisions to accept or decline.
  5. Engage in the opportunity to learn more about individuals and diverse cultures.
